Rogers County Sheriff’s Office, led by Sheriff Scott Walton and his staff, serve more than 88,000 citizens countywide (711 square miles) and operate/manage the jail facility. The staff consists of 45 officers, 39 reserves, support personnel, and 49 detention officers, 18 Auxiliary Deputies who serve on the Mounted Patrol unit and search & rescue units. Rogers County Sheriff’s Office is recognized as one of the best in the state for their outstanding programs, safety, education, involvement in the community and personnel.

Rogers County is divided into three county commissioner districts. County Commissioners are responsible for roads, bridges, and county cemeteries. They also administer the court system and oversee the court house and the emergency management team for Rogers County.
